MANUAL THERAPY & SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION

Improving mobility can include soft tissue and joint mobilization, which improves blood flow, neural & muscular relaxation, and even mental relaxation.

Foam rolling is another form of soft tissue mobilization. It stimulates blood flow and the loosening of our soft tissues, helping to relieve tension. It can feel intense at first, especially if you are tight and/or have never used one before, but it gets better with regular usage.
